      Pros

      Decent pay - off weekends. Mgmt pretty flexible with schedule when needed.

      Cons

      Mgmt can sometimes be found to be inconsistent with promoting. I considered an high turn-over rate among branch management for many of the high performing branch in our market.

      Pros

      Great company, great people, lots of opportunity to move around.

      Cons

      Not a marketing focused company, so if traditional marketing is your venue, this may not be the place for you. Lots of re-orgs and directional changes depending on who's in charge at the time.

      Pros

      Some managers are a pleasure to work with and know their stuff and are extremely helpful. Pretty good at providing supplies and work space. Open to work at home and alternative work schedules within reason.

      Cons

      Many line and senior managers are extremely incompetent at managing employees. Too much favoritism based on years of service. If you've been here a long time you are a diety, if you haven't no one cares about you. Promotion is almost non-existent unless you've been here for a long time. Company runs under the guise of being employee friendly but really is out to screw the employee in the end for their own benefit.
