      So far it seems that management is more than willing to help in the advancement of each individual employee, laid back.

      Generously compensated as compared to the industry in general. Keep your head down, don't make waves, and ou're fine in this company

      Cons

      Limited advancement opportunity unless you are in sales or located close to corporate. This is an organization that is in constant transition, almost as if they are trying to find their identity.

      Good Pay. Great Profit Sharing Plan. Biggest company in this industry. High quality people in the company. Solution based selling.

      Cons

      Terrible work/ life balance. Poor communication from upper management. Too much administrative work/ paperwork. Lack of job security. Too many goals & inititives at one time to be effective.
