Pros

-Leaders really do a lot to keep morale high. You really feel like the company genuinely cares about you and your well-being. -There is a lot of opportunity for growth and development for those who want it, possibly even more so now during the pandemic. They really like to promote from within the company. -Great benefits and lots of PTO even in your first year of employment. -LGBTQ+ friendly. Very supportive and inclusive environment. -HR concerns are taken seriously, dealt with swiftly. -Work from home until further notice due to Covid (some training is on site) but there is also a permanent work from home team that has openings every now and then. -They take feedback very seriously and are always interested in new ideas and suggestions and implement changes based on employee feedback on a regular and frequent basis.

Cons

-It is very fast paced to begin with and it can feel very overwhelming during times of national crisis such as a national disasters or a pandemic. -Call volumes are very high as Grainger competes to hire during the pandemic. -Many amenities normally accessible on site are not available due to Covid (employee gym, cafeteria) -Work from home until further notice due to Covid (ha!)
