Pros
Not much anymore. There is a lot of talent at Grainger, but more & more long-timers are being forced out.
Cons
More departments are being shipped overseas. It's all about the shareholders now - and at the expense of employees. Most of the perks are being stripped away - PST, wellness programs. Work - life balance for salary employees is non-existent. You're expected to work from home during your off hours- even on holidays & vacations. Too many metrics/reports that are not telling the real story.
