      Pros

      Smart co-workers to learn from. Good work-life balance. Cool projects. Cool people.

      Cons

      Just like any other Fortune 500 company, it can be a little stuffy and "corporate" at times. But management is doing a good job of minimizing that and even making it feel like working for a startup at times.

      Pros

      Great benefits including profit sharing. There is a large variety of technologies they use so there are ample opportunities to learn different things (unless you get too good).

      Cons

      The family feel was there for many years, but in recent years the IT management was completely replaced and it is plummeting. They are letting the knowledge walk out the door to save some green.
