VP is insane, so her direct report is insane (RDO), which then makes all the managers insane. All get stressed out from the person they report to and take it out on those reporting to them. Toxic work environment and wouldn’t recommend this department specifically. (AZ local- Phoenix)

In reflecting on my previous workplace, there were several cultural and structural challenges, including high‑pressure leadership expectations, inconsistent HR support, and limited avenues for raising concerns. These factors contributed to an environment where psychological safety and accountability were not consistently present. I am now contributing to an organization that prioritize integrity, healthy culture, and effective leadership practices.
