Pros

If you enjoy helping others succeed and pursue higher educational goals, this is definitely the place to be an employee. I take great pride in helping others succeed in reaching their educational potential and share in their excitement of reaching the pinnacle of education -- commencement.

Cons

Very little opportunity for internal promotions, especially if one happens to fall within the age protected class. Above 75% of promotees and new hires fall in the category of 20-30 something, leading some to conclude that promotions and postions for anyone older than 30-something is definitely not going to happen. The HR department is not one to be trusted by any employee because there is no fairness being dealt whenever an employee makes a complaint. There are no succession plans in place to assist employees with preparing for possible promotions -- HR is there at the will and discretion of the CEO only.

Pros

-Good pay compared to other similar companies. -Fairly flexible hours. -Good benefits package. -Covered parking.

Cons

-Unrealistic call time/calls minimum per day. -Small chance of growth within company. -Poor communication from senior management. -Very much a call center environment. -You are forced into believing that you are not a sales person when clearly you are.
