Pros

Flexible hours, free masters degree, coworkers are nice.

Cons

Upper management fails to communicate throughout the organization. You move every month to a new building on campus. Facilities are very run down. Money hungry for profit university. Managers are typically un-educated, which is odd considering its a university.

Decent Salary and Benefits, autonomy in daily job.

Cons

Have never seen an annuity in over a year of employment. Poorly defined compensation plan and job performance expectations. Hire quite often outside of company versus promoting from within. Poor training program with little follow through from management. Company is currently under investigation from DOE regarding business practices. Proceed with caution.
