New facility They don't sweat the small stuff like supplies, firing you for some mild lateness, or write ups in general They don't use travel nurses Mid mgt does care

Cons

One of the lower paying hospitals in the area for all departments Always out of inpatient beds causing prolonged lobby wait times Lax use of diversion status onboarding and orientation could be more robust

The benefits and community of the nurses and workers is mostly great, and parking is free.

Cons

They are always under staffed and force all the nurses to take extra patients to make up for it. Raises are hardly anything.
