Short staffed, make empty promises, gossip about you constantly. Daily prayer over the PSA, non-inclusive. Not given much on the job training or any allocations for mandatory on-boarding requirements. Poor communication tools, rude staff members, outdated equipment. Micromanaged to the point of delay and then chastised for said delay. Unsure and therefore fumbling, without even the proper amount of supplies to complete the work required of you. Unorganized and mismanaged, hospital-wide. Even patients are complaining.
