      Pros

      Granicus genuinely cares about their employees and their wellbeing and they do everything they can to improve. I like that they don't claim to be perfect but are transparent and let their employees know that they are working towards bettering themselves

      Cons

      I can't think of anything. It was a great place to work, great colleagues and a great manager.

      “Unlimited PTO” 3.5% match Filling this space as I need 20 words - words words words words words words words

      Cons

      Toxic middle management. They say they care but then gas light you. Sales overhyped products and then they fail and then customers churn and then the blame falls on the consultant, never management though. HR only cares about management, not individual contributors Workload is insane in implementation and wealth of knowledge is NOT shared Know of 6 people who left the team after only being there for 6-9 months (were either fired or left) Made a mockery of the original UK product Terrible pay
