      Pros

      Granicus really cares about their employees. Their benefits are AMAZING and they are one of the first companies I've ever worked for that cares deeply about mental health.

      Cons

      Communication isn't always the best, and pay isn't super great. Benefits were definitely worth the lower pay in my opinion.

      Pros

      I'm lucky enough to be part of a fantastic team. Leadership has really shone through the last year, listening and responding to employees. Communication has been outstanding and ensures that wherever you are based, you still feel part of close knit community.

      Cons

      Not a downside for me but if you aren't comfortable with embracing and keeping pace with fast change, you may not be entirely fulfilled.
