Pros

- Evolving company with opportunity for growth - Good life/work balance - Nice perks including snacks, lunches, beverages - Very competitive benefits - Forward thinking CEO that understands the business and has a clear path to success - Smart people, you never look around and wonder "how did that person get hired?"

Cons

- Changes abound - if you don't have the stomach for change, probably not a good fit - Do your job and look for opportunities to grow

Pros

-Good work/life balance -Respects employees to manage their own time (for the most part) -Lots of celebrations, work events, etc -Really great coworkers* (see cons)

Cons

-*Company is losing the best people, most of the really great people have moved on, or are actively looking for new jobs. Many were replaced by much younger individuals with less pay. -Problems with company culture. A couple different women in the office expressed to me how they feel like the company is becoming a "bro culture", and that they no longer fit in. -The work in my department was very scatterbrained, with leadership seemingly unaware of what goals they wanted to achieve. There is an apparent lack of logic behind why we did the work we did. -Lots of miscommunication for a communications company, there's some irony there. -Professional development seems selective. Some people are given the opportunity to expand their skillset, while others are completely neglected. -The addition of a certain far-right politician to their advisory board raised red flags for many. When asked about this association, the CEO said that cooperation with "both sides" will help Granicus remain politically neutral. He did not acknowledge that this politician in particular is actively working against immigrants and lgbt individuals, of which Granicus employs. If working for a company that serves this agenda might wear on your conscience, I suggest not accepting a position here. If you are a current employee I encourage you to speak up about this association. -I was repeatedly mislead regarding the direction of my career are Granicus. I am not sure if it was a blatant lie or if it was just a disorganized venture, and I'm not sure which is worse. My advice to a prospective employee is to not be afraid to use this company to advance yourself, because Granicus is not afraid to use you the same way.

Pros

- People really believe in what they do - Regular acquisitions are expanding the product suite - Ambitious organisation that drives employees - Allow staff to build on their strengths - Amazing support for employees - Great team spirit

Cons

- Will take time for all the new products to be aligned tech-wise to make the most of the opportunities - Some of the new processes imposed upon sales are cumbersome and not required, feeling like they are more to do with monitoring and punishing than enabling and supporting
