      There are really good people here. Your coworkers quickly become friends & allies (partly due to necessity).

      Cons

      Boy where do I start? The management/leadership leaves a lot to he desired. There’s a really high turnover among my peers. People aren’t paid a lot at all and management’s solution thus far has been to send emails outlining company benefit programs.

      I really like the people I work with and everyone does what they can to support each other.

      Cons

      Turnover is crazy high both at the rep and leadership level. Solutions are overpriced, built on outdated tech, and teams are struggling to even get to 30% of their targets. People are leaving without another job to go to, which is pretty wild in this market.
