      Pros

      Granicus teams are very welcoming from my experience. People are helpful and there's a positive dynamic amongst the company. Benefits are great and the office environment is open and filled with tasty snacks! I enjoy my work at Granicus and my mentor has greatly contributed to that enjoyment. I've noticed that everyone is well respected and it is easy to talk with management.

      Pros

      Welcoming environment, a culture that feels very passionate about the services and solutions they are providing. Only several weeks into my tenure here, and I can tell that it's the kind of place that is deeply committed to their values, clients, and employees. Great benefits, including 401(k) matching and unlimited FTO.

      Cons

      Outside of the expected and relatively minor disorganization presented by joining the team during the midst of the COVID-19 crisis, I have nothing to report that I would consider a con to working at Granicus.
