If you're the kind of person who wants to make an impact, then it's hard to beat the scale you can achieve at Granicus. Colleagues are friendly and I'm always learning from my team. There is a lot of work to do, but I never feel like I can't take the time I need, when life becomes a distraction and you just need to take a moment. Benefits and compensation is fair.

Cons

Only con I see is that we've been growing in the market slightly faster than the teams, but this year, it's clear the company is hiring like mad to mitigate that. This is helpful though if you're a go-getter and want a place you know you can move around and up. There are always openings that may catch your eye.

Pros

A fantastic group of people working for a company that is rapidly expanding with plenty of growth opportunities. The office environment is fun without being over the top. Leadership is friendly, motivating and approachable.

Cons

The company has been on a trend of buying other companies and closing offices in cites other than existing locations. If your company gets bought you get an offer to relocate, but it is a good time to dust off the resume. Pay is fair, but usually on the lower end of the spectrum when you compare to national numbers.

Pros

If you work hard and excel in your role, you can really grow within the company either through a linear or lateral career path. They offer good benefits, unlimited PTO, free food and snacks, and the opportunity to grow in your current role as well as participate in larger company initiatives.

Cons

I don't have any cons. It's been a great place to work.
