Leadership consistently demonstrated a lack of respect for their teams, treating employees as expendable rather than valued contributors. Communication was poor, decisions were made without transparency, and constructive feedback was often dismissed. This created a toxic SRT environment where morale and motivation were low. The result was an environment where employees felt undervalued, unsupported, and demoralized, and felt sorry for the LATAM resources and how they perceived the company.
