      Great Place To Work

      The best people/culture out there. You build your own luck, if you put in the work, no company will reward you better. Leadership from the CEO is unmatched, he goes out of his to speak with you and wants to know everyone at his company. #1 most philanthropic organization in MA, we care about our community and make it a priority to be selfless

      Cons

      Micromanaged from time to time. The work is not easy, you have to be extremely motivated to work/succeed here. Lot of pressure to perform.
