Middle management and micromanagement. "Training" is lackluster and rushed. They're more concerned with filing the space with warm bodies as opposed to qualified employees. No life/work balance whatsoever. Sales is king. Be prepared to give the world to them whenever asked. Believe what others say in other comments and reviews. They're true to a T.

This company says it cares about its employees but they dont people are under paid and over worked. Extremely old school it doesn't take a rocket scientist to make 100 cold calls a day a 12 year old could do this job. Extremely micro managed other employees steal opportunities you worked hard to get and nothing is done to stop it. Nothing ever gets done and never get paid on the deals you do make which if you are new are very few and if your lucky enough to survive this place you probably have a better chance of getting hit by a car in the parking lot. I have seen 15 people either quit or get fired in 10 months unless you need experience or right out of college stay away there are much better jobs.
