      Great training, a lot of great people to work with

      Cons

      Literally everything. No room for growth, in sales your base NEVER increases they just up your quota. Just an overall miserable experience for me. During state of emergency snow storms everyone is expected to be in the office still. Does not matter if it’s a “bomb cyclone” outside you still have to make cold calls.

      Pros

      Overall culture of Granite is great. The C level leaders are down to earth, approachable, and the company is one of the most benevolent in Mass.

      Cons

      Company is very much reactionary to the market and struggles to have a clear identity with products and services.

      Bonuses if goals are met, free onsite gym, weekly charity donations, charitable organization

      Cons

      Low pay, high turnover rate, heavy favoritism, unqualified people put in upper management positions, no care or consideration taken for employees. EXTREME lack of communication
