Overall good values; company cares deeply for community and giving back to those in need.

Pros

Location easily accessible to the MBTA. Challenging work. Gym on campus. Company wide goals that energized and gave employees something to look forward to.

Cons

Employees are grossly underpaid. Particularly those who have worked for the company for long but are not upper management. Outsiders get paid way more. Lack of growth. Unrealistic expectations
