Pros

Learn how a sales floor should not be managed. Learn how to deal with incompetent managers that expect you to close sales when they have never sold anything a day in their lives.

Cons

100 cold calls a day, washed & outdated Wolf of Wall street management mentality. Spent more time researching the horrible leads through salesforce, and then realizing all the duplicated leads were either given to someone else in the office or another office location. Good leads / sales were given to the favorites on the sales floor or other branches. Sales floor is led like a glorified fraternity.
