Pros

The people you work with make it difficult to leave.

Cons

There is no work life balance. Corporate culture needs a lot of work. Upper management makes it clear that if you don’t work in sales you’re replaceable. Things are changing for the better, slowly but surely.

young coworkers who are highly skilled

Cons

low pay, old-fashioned structure, inept management system, odd pto policies including requiring all employees to be there last January despite the two-foot snow storm
