      This company provides training and paths to advance from within. Great performance is recognized and compensation for a job well done is an every day occurrence. Generous company with lots of great people.

      Pros

      There are a lot of great people working at Granite. They have an on site gym as well as give back to the community. The "extra curricular" environment is great.

      Cons

      The job is terrible and Granite would rather throw people at a problem rather than clean up outdated processes. Granite's approach to operations puts band aids over band aids, and there is a lot of focus on hiding how messy things are from the executives. This office is stuck in the movie office space and senior non-management employees ruin good days with their disheartened cynicism.
