Pros

Great out of college job. Easy to do. They train you, so no outside experience is needed.

Cons

The position is monotonous. It doesnt change much as you get promoted.

Pros

Steady job. You get paid on time. The benefits package is competitive. Depending on your department there is training from outside vendors.

Cons

No work from home. (not a big deal until you get a new England snow storm and you're still required to come in or take a vacation day) No yearly promotions or raises Talks about how much the company makes but employees are underpaid. Your salary will be below market value. Strict hours. Leaving the parking lot at 5pm is like a scene from Dodge Ball, "if you can dodge a car you can dodge a ball". No HR department. Instead HR issues are dealt with by payroll.
