      Pros

      CEO is very motivating and genuinely wants everyone to be successful. Great commission structure. Growing office with management opportunities available soon. Fun team events and company wide contests. Some really great sales people to learn from. No micromanagement.

      Cons

      Extremely difficult to reach goals without breaking the rules. Often times it seems as though success is dependent on how well you are liked. Limited resources, support and guidance for new hires. Very few are successful but if you are one of them you will make a lot of money.

      Great benefits, uncapped commissions, and a solid base salary for someone coming into their first job.

      Granite makes a Solid Foundation

      Pros

      If I had one word to describe Granite, it would be "solid." I've been an employee there for seven years and there is definitely room for growth. All the same, management is listening and is implementing changes all the time to try and improve the experience in the work place. Granite's model seems to be based on one thing: Hard work. Only with trying your best and putting thought into your job will you advance.

      Cons

      Lack of understanding and politics between departments does a lot to kill enthusiasm.
