The thing I like most about working for Granite is the culture. Our office in Atlanta is constantly working to improve and build upon the culture we have. There is a great group of people here who are welcoming, fun, outgoing, competitive, and willing to help. Not only is the culture great, but the earning potential is real. If you are willing to work hard and make the calls, you will succeed and see six figures quicker than you think.

The best part about a sales career at Granite is the compensation. There is a salary, up-front commissions, bonuses, and residual income based on book of business volume (the revenue you generate for the company). The second best part is the leadership of the CEO, Rob Hale. Rob is a billionaire philanthropist who is down to earth, extremely generous, and leads by example. He works out in the corporate gym with a group of our employees at least once a week, and does a lot to make a career at Granite rewarding in more ways than compensation. The food is also pretty good and the intramurals are fun.
