Pros

-Huge, updated gym -Awesome co-workers

Cons

-Extremely low pay, even for entry level. Could almost make the same amount at star bucks. When recruiting, they mention a yearly, but that includes the quarterly bonuses which really add up to nothing. Especially w/ cost of living in Boston and bachelors degree requirement for role, it’s impossible to survive unless you don’t mind driving 40+ minutes up from the south shore or far out of the city in general. Most young, fresh out of college analysts (the majority) have to have some sort of secondary supplemental income to survive -overworked and underpaid -SUPER high turnover rate -micro managed/helicopter upper management (example, clock in a minute late, terrible employee, regardless of productivity) -office is super out of date for today’s younger generation, w/ sea of cubicles and dreary carpets and lights -constantly putting out fires because nothing ever goes right -semi easy to get promoted after a year but pay increase is still not great and it’s almost impossible to ask for a raise and get it, even for managers.

Pros

You will work with good people

Cons

*Tedious and mundane work * Sales based company, you have no worth or value as an operations employee * Its like pulling teeth to get a promotion or raise *customers will tear you apart no matter how hard you try, the internall processes are tough to work with, the industry is filled with flaws. * Finger pointing battle between departments, nobody will take the blame for issues and you will be thrown under the bus. * No work life balance, workload is close to unbearable

Pros

I see our CEO Rob Hale has the best leader in the industry and always interested in philanthropy, so if you are into charity, I think you will like to work here. The location is very close to T and it has 24 Hr Gym, other than that I don't see any other PROs

Cons

Very toxic and stressful place, poorly managed by directors and managers who are not skilled to perform their job and been there for years and benefitting zero for the company other than costing money with poor management and technical skills. Zero career growth and no appreciation for work from Managers or Directors who care for their own benefits. If you are a hard working, talented and smart individual, this is not the company for you, you don't stand a month working in this environment.
