      Gets yiu experienced in an office setting, call experience, offers opportunities to learn more, great networking options available through outside office activities

      Feel as though it geta overwhelming.becauae its a great first job out of college there is a lot of turn around.

      Pros

      My office works hard to have fun in a competitive environment. There are opportunities to make large commissions. The company demonstrates its commitment to the employees' health, community and team bonding by offering free boot camp, partial payment towards gym membership, and sponsoring our participation in 5K road races. There is no pressure to work after 5:00pm.

      Cons

      The leads are pre-assigned and can be limiting. We have to wear professional attire (in the office) Mon-Wed.
