      Pros

      Nothing I can think of.

      Cons

      Upper management is terrible. If you have an issue that needs to be addressed they will provide lip service but nothing else. The pay is terrible, and they do not provide raises. The work culture is terrible, if you work in sales then life is pretty good for you. However, they overwork and underpay the people who process the work that sales brings in. You will also hit a dead end as they rarely promote people.

      Cons

      Management is horrible, and biased against particular departments. No benefit or appreciation for employees with multiple years of service. Only friends and family of management obtains supervisory positions, even if undeserved.
