Pros

Young workforce, nice gym, and decent offering of sports leagues.

Cons

Too many to list but it's a non innovative company that is stuck in 2003. Upper management is a nightmare and it's like a boy's club around there.

Good starting salay, Free onsite gym, close to the MBTA, Free onsite parking.

Cons

Culture of fear and intimidation, You are worked so hard that you ll burn out within the first couple of months, No work/life balance, End of the day you may get trampled by the stampeding herd of people trying to get the hell out of there, read the reviews carefully before applying here
