Pros

College grads atmosphere, meet cool ppl

Cons

Low base salary. The work is absolutely boring. Managers throw projects at you that absolutely make no sense. You’re not a person here you are a number. The company has a VERY high turnover rate. Schedule is 8 to 5 and they clock your every move. If your one minute late for work your in trouble if you’re a min late from lunch you’re in trouble. Only people who make money is sales. CEO sits in meetings with new employees and acts like he cares about you when he really doesn’t. Zero flexibility, you have no work life balance. Stay away this company is trash. They don’t care about the employees who do all the work !

Pros

Good gym onsite Volunteer opportunities Decent benefits Coworkers

Cons

This is an entry level company so don’t expect to grow here. You start out temping and work your way into a full time role. The pay is awful and won’t get much higher the longer you stay. The company as a whole is very generous towards charity but invests very little towards the talent that is within their company. My advice is to get experience using the different software Excel, Salesforce, SQL, etc then get out. You can find better jobs that treat their employees better and more money.

Thank you for your input and taking the time to write this review. Here at Granite we hope to give our employees a valuable culture and experience so we are disheartened to hear your experience was not fully as expected. Our team at Granite University can help you find different opportunities for growth and learning, therefore expanding your skill set. In fact, most positions in the company that are not considered entry level are filled by Granite employees. Should you have any other input, please contact our Talent Management team at TalentManagement@granitenet.com.
