Pros

The company throws you a bonus every once in a while but it isn't usually to much. They do donate to a lot of Non Profit groups.

Cons

There is a huge amount of them but I will name the top ones. Dress attire is way to strict and women get away with it more than guys. Men always need to wear a collared shirt, dress suite and most annoying a tie each day Monday through Thursday even though we are not customer facing. Each "casual" Friday you can wear jeans BUT they make you pay $3 to do so then give it to charity (which is nice but you are paying for something they are going to make money back on.) Depending on the department you are in, there are no annual raises and to get a promotion is like pulling teeth to get one and most of the managers there are just looking out for themselves and won't help you. The company is more of a "job" and no real career path in my opinion.

Pros

The work itself was pretty easy, even when things piled up, it wasn't hard to stay on top of things and you learn quickly. Pay was alright.

Cons

On my first day a member of my team who quit a week later pulled me aside and told me to get out while I still could. Draconian management, high employee turnover, 3 people quit in my team alone during my first 2 months and someone else transferred teams. I myself was fired completely out of the blue despite strong job performance.
