      Absolutely Terrible, Don't Even Think About It

      Pros

      Steady paycheck On-site parking ...that's it. It's too bad that there's a 20 word minimum, because there isn't anything else good to say about the place.

      Cons

      Complete lack of respect for their employees. It makes me sick. All the negative things mentioned in the other reviews are completely true. I've never worked for a worse company, and no amount of money could persuade me to go back.

      They overwork you. You are underappreciated. Poor management. No ability for growth.

      Poor opps execution of a great concept. Constantly changing comp plans - unattainable quota

      Market leader for aggregation and wholesale of telecom

      Cons

      - Operations cant get things installed properly (Sales reps have to know how to sell, install, project manage, support, and help w billing) - Billing is always a mess - Collections is too aggressive with inaccurate info & will ask anybody for payment, including non related businesses and even the reps - Comp plan is adjusted each year, making 10-20% harder. This year they have made quota unattainable by many so that these reps quit, and they can trim headcount to a more cash friendly number... while still saying "we dont lay people off"
