      Pros

      The 401k match is nice

      Cons

      Lots. Terrible culture, shady practices (what we tell clients they will save… they don’t actually save that money), no WFH flexibility, micro management leaders. Good start to a sales career… but I wouldn’t recommend this role long term unless you have an IN at Granite that can give you the best leads

      If you like to grind for little money, this is the company for you!

      Pros

      There are no pros. No professionals either. If you need a job for a bit, then take it but leave before you lose your mind.

      Cons

      Two-bit company with two-bit management which expects their people to work extra hours (it's hinted at the interview) with little reward. Revolving door as people go elsewhere. Stay away from the fatty.

      Go in knowing what field you want experience in and then get out

      Pros

      good coworkers and good “stepping stone” company to start a career

      Cons

      No regard for employee satisfaction or happiness. Borderline no flexibility when trying to workout a work schedule/WFH. Getting a raise or promotion is like pulling teeth, regardless of work performance. Pay is abysmal compared to similar workload at other companies. They’ll give you every excuse in the book as to why a promotion is taking so long, but will expect you to take new courses and take on more work with absolutely no compensation in the meantime. Constant emails and events congratulating everyone about how much money the company is making or how much work is getting done, but the only bonus you get from it is a couple hundred dollars occasionally instead of any pay raise or incentives.
