      Outdated Performance Evaluation, Rampant Nepotism, Not a long-term career

      Earning potential, location, co-workers, bonuses, monthly incentives.

      Cons

      Company kool-aid is too strong, performances are measured in outdated & inaccurate ways amongst sales staff. Directors' opinions are disregarded by upper management. Toxic and inappropriate approaches used to boost effort, lies used to define bottom-line contribution. Zero regard for human decency or loyalty. Poor communication between operations. Company is stuck in 1980, little-zero evolution.
