Pros

Lots of good after work activities,

Cons

Low pay, micromanagement everywhere, childish policies (doctors notes, no shift leniency, monitoring your cell phone and internet usage). I honestly cannot think of working for a worse company. They treat their employees like children and try and fool people into thinking the occasional bonus makes them a generous company (despite their low pay). They always tout how they are a not in debt to anyone but still pay below industry average and never give annual raises. Sales people make more in base salary than almost all other departments AND get enormous bonuses, meanwhile bonuses for other departments have been slashed. It is a job farm for people out of college, but my advice is don't take the job and keep looking if they offer you a position. The CEO is actually a nice guy, but I can't say the same of much of the senior management .

Pros

Being recognized at the morning meetings for a job well done. The company gives donation to local charities. Has annual bonuses, and upper management has free breakfast and lunches sometimes.

Cons

The charities are done at the expense of the employees. They have Jean's day every Friday and it cost them money to wear jeans and then they use that money to donate to charities. It's Every week!!! Andif you don't wear jeans for one day you get weird looks from everybody you feel pressured to chip in. The pay is very low for new grad, and the turnover is high due to lack of training, often unprofessional. the people are very clicky. It's like being in high school. Those who slack off gets promoted. Those who work hard, will work even harder to pick up their slack.
