Pros

Easy to get hired Good pay Lots of overtime Can get alot of experience depending on your base There are alot of good people in the company Ok place to work if you need a high income for a short period of time.

Cons

Buisness is cold. There will be a constant influx of new hires making 2-4$hr more than you most of whom quit within the 1st 3 months. Work conditions are pretty terrible, management is very disconected from how things operate outside of anchorage. You cant trust the senior management either you will be lied to on a constant basis. I have never met the ceo but from his actions I will say hes actually a pretty good guy and is excluded from this poor review.
