Pros

- Strong products - Flexible remote work schedule - Decent benefits - Some really great, knowledgeable people who are always willing to help - Small US team, so you're exposed to how different departments function Specific to the sales team: It's a good opportunity to get your foot in the door if you're fresh out of undergrad or changing careers.

Cons

- Compensation isn't competitive/incentivizing - Family leave policy needs attention - No growth path - VERY poor sales culture (inexperienced leadership, no training/coaching, weak tech stack) - Corporate leadership in Japan is completely disengaged

Thank you for your candid feedback. As a smaller company we can’t always compete with the larger company offerings in ways of compensation, benefits or career paths. We try our best to provide similar experiences to companies of our size and revenue. As you mention, GrapeCity is a great place to begin a career and continued learning. As employees seek a different challenge or additional benefits that support various lifestyles, we wish them well in all their endeavors and are grateful for the time they’ve spent with GrapeCity.
