If you had a bad experience with colleagues, then we're very sorry about that. We have run a number of initiatives over the past year to help people who work for Graphcore give more constructive feedback, as well as improving the channels for employees to feed back on their managers. However, you are correct when you say that we hope employees will be passionate about the product and work accordingly. We hope you’ll be able to find that shared sense of purpose in your career.
