      The best people are all leaving and the company isn't trying to fix their problems. Leadership is just keeping the lights on until they can cash out

      Engineers enjoy the challenge and the nature of AI Everyone is fully committed to make this company successful Great benefits and competitive pay

      Communication needs to improve but I’m seeing improvements being made Like other Tech companies, GC is struggling. Exec need to emphasis that 2023 is a year for growth and be more realistic with messaging
