Pros
The only pros are the schedule. The work is easy, but tedious at times. They feed you a lot but that is only a farce to keep up the illusion of a family atmosphere, when they don't want to give us the pay we deserve.
Cons
There is a Racial Undertone at this facility. People who sit in their offices govern from afar. The only good people out here are the managers of the shifts. Ones who are over departments keep black employees under surveillance and White employees get favoritism. Black males have the hardest time surviving in this type of environment. The only kind they like are suck ups and snitches. I love the company. The people who run this facility in Perry all need to be fired. If you are white and work here you will be ok, other than that, this is a modern-day plantation, and they try their best to run it that way.
