There are no standard operating procedures, no COVID19 precautions, and an out of control culture with many people not too long out of high school. You cannot go outside after clocking in, the machines are trash, they will not let you know anything about the benefits when you are hired, you will not have a designated trainer, you will be put on the worst machine and blamed for existing issues within the first day or two.
