      Pros

      Great pay. Even the general plant utilities (general labor) make 19$+ hr. Finishing operator is about 22. Lots of ot. Union shop if you consider this a pro.

      Cons

      12 hour days and they have no problem making you work every single one of them. A GPU can make 100k+ without choosing to if they schedule you every day.

      Nice pay and plenty of OT

      Cons

      It’s hard to plan or schedule any outside of work because you never know when your going to be off, and when you have a scheduled off day it gets taken and your forced to do mandatory OT.
