Business Outlook
Pros
Down to earth people, revolving door of work so you’re never bored. Easy to take pride in the product and therefore support the employee groups that help to manufacture it. Good well rounded HR experience depending on your location. True generalist work.
Cons
No work life balance, no clear career trajectory, “chain of command” environment. It’s all about who you know. Company is focused on acquisitions without updating processes and systems (mostly everything is manual and systems do not “talk to each other”). Hopefully this will get better.
