      Pros

      Majority of employees try to make the best of it and work together. IT is a great team.

      Cons

      Management is disconnected with their direct reports. Favoritism/all employees not held to same standards; respect and accountability. High turnover. Employees work long and too many hours, not enough resources. Work/life balance depends on each VP (Supply Chain is not good).
