      Pros

      Strong company with steady pay and benefits. Leadership on Graphics dept offers same opportunities to everyone (some people never take advantage). Growth is possible for the committed ones!

      Cons

      Training could be better. and some people blame others for their own choices.

      You get a paycheck every couple of weeks

      Cons

      Leadership! Unless you are part of the good ole boys club you will not get anywhere in this department/company. No growth for those that are outside the club. Coordinators are treated like children of a lower class that are a bother to leadership. Director makes inappropriate comments constantly. leadership talks out of both sides of their mouths. Says one thing does the complete opposite.
