      You will work until you cannot work anymore. They say they care about a work/life balance but its all talk.

      There is lots of variety in customer projects. Every day is dynamic, it never gets monotonous. There are new projects all the time.

      Cons

      Micro management is often a problem. Management does not allow the experts to make the decisions or even have a voice.

      Very relaxed environment (too relaxed)

      Cons

      Everyone in a mid-management role was incompetent. They were all high-school educated individuals who had little idea how business practices should work. Human Resources was atrocious. The saving grace was the plant manager and the controller.
