      Pros

      Unfortunately I am unable to come up with any pros that are noteworthy.

      Cons

      Management is paranoid and makes decisions in the best interest of their careers, not the company, customers and people. Management cares more about their personal pocket books and title than running the company well. Poorly run and untrustworthy. Poorest HR management and support I've ever seen. Management and HR does not provide career development opportunities or challenges. Very vindictive. Communicate they want to hear of how to make improvements but only wants to hear how good they are, not constructive criticism to make improvements. Very big egos. Politicking for personal gain is rampant within the organization.

      Pros

      The pay is competitive. People can be friendly.

      Cons

      If you have a family you won't have a life. 12 hour shifts 5 days a week. People can be rude and yell if your a new employee not knowing much of what your doing.

      Pros

      Great people to work with, strategic direction of company is clear, good pay, great benefits and excellent career growth opportunities. Mike Schmal while tough at times was open to other viewpoints.

      Cons

      Work life balance was tough at times. At times requests from information from corporate finance seemed to take a "fill in the blanks and make it fit" approach. However this was years ago under Nadeem Moiz. Hopefully fresh finance leadership changed that approach. The corporate controller was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
