      Pros

      Pay and benefits are ok. Managment is not real strict if you are motivated they will let you do what you want.

      Cons

      They talk about safety a lot BUT they will not do anything about safety issues to make their facilities better, they will hold you responsible if you get hurt . This place is a fatality waiting to happen.

      Competitive pay and benefits. The company is growing as a whole. Overall, its a decent company to work for

      Cons

      Often times management is unwilling to entertain new ideas. There is a steep learning curve as there is no formal training. As with many large corporations, you will have to play corporate politics.
